El confinamiento nos obligó a transformarnos en un equipo de trabajo a distancia de forma abrupta, para poder seguir desarrollando nuestra labor humanitaria, apoyando a la madre y al recién nacido en estado de vulnerabilidad del Hospital Materno Infantil.
Es así, como al interior de nuestros hogares, disfrutamos tejiendo y cosiendo sacos, gorros, patines, cobijas y baberos para neonatos, los cuales son elaborados con mucho amor, alejándonos del estrés propio en estos tiempos, poniéndonos metas a corto plazo y alcanzando el objetivo general: nuestra entrega anual.
La virtualidad ha promovido dentro de la agrupación costurero, la autogestión, dándonos confianza y ayudándonos mutuamente con el avance de estrategias de conocimiento y de comunicación efectivas.
El descubrir las habilidades blandas de las integrantes de nuestro servicio, nos ha permitido obtener un sello personal en cada kit que entregamos. Por eso, la importancia de los espacios virtuales (reuniones), los jueves de cada semana, nos contribuye a fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales, aprendiendo a utilizar de forma efectiva el tiempo.
La nueva realidad nos ofrece flexibilidad, comprometiéndonos e impulsándonos a ser más competentes, trabajando nuestra resiliencia y superando con expectativas los cambios culturales y de aprendizaje tecnológico. El aprender haciendo en tiempos de pandemia es un desafío constante que nos trae y traerá la vida.
